I can't believe we're live with this D&D camp. I've played this hobby off and on for coming up on 40 years and I have never enjoyed it as much as when I see it click with kids.
When we were young, we played make-believe of some sort in most of our activities. Knights, Cowboys, Spies, Adults, and Monsters... the cast of characters was endless. I've watched my child grow up and
noticed a distinct lack of make-believe.
Dungeons & Dragons (and all the other assorted role-playing games) gives kids a much-needed opportunity to turn off their electronics, ignore screens and interact with each other. It is a great thing to be a part of and I thank everyone who has given me the opportunity to do this. Thanks again, I'll continue to try very hard to make it a great experience for everyone.
